This month has been insane. Between studying for exams, (which I survived) and scheduling portfolio sessions for month my life has been so crazy. Now that school is behind me for a while I get to focus on photography and family!
Today I want to share a few things that I love to do at Christmas!
Here are some free Christmas Wallpapers I took for you to enjoy!
I love to drink hot coco while studying for exams, or watching Christmas episode of my favorite TV shows. I’ve mastered my simple recipe and I want to share it with you!
My Hot Chocolate Recipe:
You’ll need a cup large enough to hold 2 cups of milk. Heat the milk up in the microwave for 1 minute. Then add whatever coco mix you have. If you don’t have a mix then add coco powder, and sugar. Microwave the cup for another minute, and watch it carefully. Then just add marshmallows, Ghirardelli chocolates, mini candy canes, or even some coffee.
It may not be the healthiest thing in the world, but it sure is relaxing.
Making Cookies! Every year my family always makes a different type of cookies so I’ll have to share with you later what we made this year! In the past my gingerbread cookies were a huge success! We’ve made sugar cookie angels which were made Christmas Eve and were gone by New Years, and we made a lot!
My mother’s famous Trail Mix is truly incredible! I love to smell her making it the night before Christmas as the marinade wafts through the house.
So I’ve talked all about food so far, but this tradition is one of my favorite! Every year we always watch The Sound of Music, Home Alone, ELF, and It’s a Wonderful Life! I know this is a pretty common tradition for most families, but it’s so much fun to cozy up with my family on the couch eating popcorn!
I don’t have anything other fun things to share, but I really want to here about what you love to do at Christmas! Please leave your thoughts down in the comments! I would love to here what you have to say!
